Who am I?

I am a partner FCILEx in the private client department based in our Worthing office.

What I do

I specialise in Court of Protection work and deal solely with the property and financial affairs of people who have lost capacity and are no longer able to complete their day-to-day tasks. Also, I offer a helping hand for people when they no longer wish to deal with their financial affairs on a day-to-day basis or they require some assistance. These areas of law are dealt with by the Court of Protection and the Office of the Public Guardian and my clients will be under a Deputyship Order or a Lasting Power of Attorney will be in place. I have been working in this niche area of law since March 2014.

My Achievements

I passed all my exams whilst working full-time and am proud to have achieved FILEx status.

My hobbies and interests

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, watching films, going to the theatre, cooking, baking and I also love to play netball.
