Who am I?
I am a Conveyancer specialising in residential conveyancing. I work at the Worthing office and joined the firm in October 2021. I previously worked for a well-known firm in Chichester.
What I do
I specialise in residential conveyancing and have over 12 years of experience. I pride myself on my attention to detail and providing clear and concise advice to my clients who range from wealthy individuals to buy to let investors and companies. The work I deal with includes:
- Sales, both freehold and leasehold
- Purchases, both freehold and leasehold
- High value properties
- Registered and unregistered land
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
- Voluntary lease extensions
- Buy to Lets
My Achievements
I studied Law at London Guildhall University and have continued my studies with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
My hobbies and interests
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, enjoying days out and watching movies together. I also volunteer at my local wildlife hospital. I am passionate about the environment and conservation.
