Who am I?
I am an Executive Member of the LLP within our Private Client Department, specialising in Wills, Probate & Trusts, Court of Protection and Elderly Client Work. I am based at our Rose Green office but am very happy to meet with clients at whichever office is most convenient to them, and on occasion am able to hold surgeries or seminars at evenings and weekends if required, for those clients who are not available in office hours. I have been a private client solicitor in the south east of England since the mid -1980s and have supported many families and clients in the area during this period, including being privileged to act for some clients for the whole duration of this time.

My Achievements
I am a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and have been since 1998.
Specialising in private client matters for many years, I have acted as power of attorney, executor and deputy for many clients who need help. I have successfully supported different generations of the same family and am honoured to be able to care for whole families throughout their lives, when they feel vulnerable and need help and advice. My work includes liaising with doctors in medico-legal matters such as capacity issues with powers of attorneys, and independent financial advisers with regard to care fees planning and other financial issues such as Inheritance Tax planning.
I am chair of the West Sussex region of the Lord’s Taverners helping to raise funds for young people through sport, particularly those with special needs and have been a member of the Lord’s Taverners for many years. I also a member of the Rotary Club of Bognor Regis helping people in need locally.
I was very proud to be on the committee that organised the first Chichester Pride event, and to be one of the sponsors.
I also assist schools and churches with fund raising in the local community of Rose Green, Aldwick, Pagham and Runcton.
My hobbies and interests
I live in Chichester and enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer. I enjoy spending time with my family and grandson as well as with friends. I love to cook and have spent a lifetime trying to perfect the perfect gravy.
I am a crazy football fan and have travelled the world to watch different matches, and I have a dog named Clicquot after my favourite champagne who is also very good at football.
