Who am I?
I am an Executive Partner specialising in commercial property.
What I do
I specialised in property very quickly after qualifying as a solicitor in 1995. I work with both individuals and companies when dealing with, probably, their most valuable asset. I have particular interest in development site assembly, overage, options, development set up (freehold & leasehold), acquisition, disposals, re-financing (including by personal pension schemes) and commercial landlord & tenant.

Law Society Council Member (Inner Sussex) 2020 - 2021.
Past President of the Sussex Law Society and Honorary Solicitor to the Brighton & Hove Estate Agent Association.
My hobbies and interests
I relocated to Brighton from the Midlands nearly twenty years ago and now live in the city with my partner. When I am not working as a solicitor, I enjoy travelling, cooking and mixology.
