Who am I?
I trained at London University and Westminster University and qualified as a solicitor in September 1997.
Initially I was a generalist covering property, wills and probate, litigation and family cases. I have been a specialist family solicitor since 2000. In 2005 I was made a Partner at a local family firm and have remained a Partner in two further legal firms based in Sussex.
I am an accredited Mediator and able to undertake Collaborative cases; I can provide legal advice for any family matter from negotiations through to issuing proceedings where necessary and often represent my own clients.
I have gained a very broad experience having been practising law for 25 years. I consider myself to be approachable and will help you to navigate the challenges of your case with professionalism and care.
What I do
I provide robust and competent legal advice on any family matter; I can advise on various family matters which include legal issues about your children; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial settlements; cohabitation issues; financial agreements, divorce and civil partnerships; court proceedings.
I regularly represent my clients in litigious cases, but I also enjoy working as a Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer in non-court-based disputes.
