I am an experienced Private Client Solicitor who believes that expertise is on a par with providing a friendly and efficient service. I assist individuals and families to achieve their goals whether that is in preparing Wills, setting up trusts and/or putting in place inheritance tax planning. Bereavement is always a difficult time and I pride myself in being able to take the pressure off Personal Representatives by guiding them through the administration of an estate both if the deceased left a Will or died intestate without a Will, in a sympathetic and understanding manner.
In summary I endeavour to explain things in a clear uncomplicated way and aim to always be approachable.
I studied law at the University of Hertfordshire and completed my law finals at the Chelmsford College of Law. In 2000 I trained with a firm of Solicitors in Leicester where I qualified as a Solicitor in the private client department in 2002. I moved to a firm on the south coast in 2004 where I became a partner in 2006. Having remained with the firm for 10 years I then joined Coole Bevis LLP in 2014. I qualified as a member of Solicitors for the Elderly in 2012.
My hobbies and interests
I enjoy walking on the Downs with my two rescue dogs Bandit and Barney. I love cooking & trying out new recipes and mixing the odd cocktail. Whenever I can I try to go to the gym and the opera, but not necessarily in that order of priority!
