Who am I?
Human Resources Director and part of the firm’s administration team.
Qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and relevant experience gained across private practice, not for profit and public sector. Full and active membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD.)
What I do
I support the full and broad range of Human Resources activity including: recruitment and selection, training and development, reward and recognition and high performance.
Put simply, my role is about supporting and enabling our people to perform at their best so the firm can deliver great service to our clients.
My Achievements
I achieved “student of the year” in respect of my qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I also possess experience with significant, complex and high profile organisational change and organisational development projects.
My hobbies and interests
I enjoy all forms of dance particularly ballet which is great physical and mental fitness. I also volunteer as a School Governor for a local school which I find hugely rewarding.
