Who am I?
A partner in the Commercial Property team, based in the Horsham office.
What I do
I specialise in commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on handling complex leasing arrangements and providing guidance on strategic issues. I have extensive experience in acting for national retailers, investors and developers. My areas of expertise include:
- Commercial property disposals and acquisitions
- Complex leasing arrangements
- Guidance on strategic issues
- Property portfolio management
- Development work
- Property due diligence in relation to corporate transactions
I work collaboratively with my clients and would describe myself as loyal and committed.
My Achievements
I trained at Winckworth Sherwood and qualified as a solicitor in 2005, specialising in Commercial Property. I subsequently spent 11 years at Thomas Eggar in London until relocating to Horsham in 2016 and becoming a partner at ASB Law. I joined Coole Bevis LLP in April 2021.
My hobbies and interests
I enjoy exploring the countryside with my family as well as our recent addition of a rescue Jack Russell. My other passions are travel, rugby and classic cars.
