Who am I?
I am a Consultant in the Company and Commercial Department at Coole Bevis LLP
What I do
Formerly a sole practitioner specialising in company mergers and acquisitions and business sales, I now provide consultancy services to the Company and Commercial Department, primarily liaising with the Head of Department, Chris Clifton-Moore.
My Achievements
After being admitted in 1980, I was the in-house lawyer for the first IT Company listed on AIM and since then have acted for many companies and individuals with their business interests. I am now a non-practising consultant.
My hobbies and interests
I enjoy all sports, am Vice-President of Brighton Rugby Club, a member of the Dyke Golf Club, Trustee of a Charitable Trust and was delighted to assist with the Olympic Games in London.
