Who am I?
What I do
- Contentious Probate
- Will Disputes and challenges
- Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Construction Disputes
- Mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution
I obtained a Law Degree studying part-time with the Open University, whilst working full time as an electrician and completed my academic training to be a solicitor on the same basis, with the University of Law in Bloomsbury, London.
I understand how stressful legal disputes can be and I take great pride and satisfaction in minimising the stress involved for my clients as well as finding innovative solutions to the issues they face. My clients have thanked me for my calm and approachable manner, as well as the quality of my advice.
I was born in Brighton and Hove and feel very lucky that I can now provide an excellent service to my local community.
My hobbies and interests
I enjoy sailing, tennis and badminton. I am also learning and very much enjoy Lindy-hop dancing (which I whole-heartedly recommend) and have learned Jive in the past.
I volunteer in an annual activity camp in Snowdonia for dis-advantaged children which is as rewarding as it is hard work!
