My Achievements
I grew up in the North East and moved to Sussex when I started my training. I have over 20 years post-qualification experience and have worked in some of the largest law firms in the area. I joined Coole Bevis at the beginning of 2020.
I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) whose members are internationally recognised as experts in their field. Having grown up with a brother with learning difficulties I am a member of Mencap’s specialist solicitors panel and, following my Mum’s diagnosis I am also a Dementia Friends Champion.
My hobbies and interests
I have a young family which keeps me busy but I also sing in a classical chamber choir and am involved in the management of both the choir and of the school’s PTA. When I find time I love reading, listening to music and crochet. I have also taken up running but am not sure I could (yet) apply the word ‘love’ to that hobby!
