Who am I?
I am a partner in the family department, working alongside, Susan Knight, Helen Evennett, Charlotte Youdan and Claire Parsons. I joined Coole Bevis in 2020.
What I do
I specialise in financial and children disputes that come about following the breakdown of a relationship. Many of those disputes arise during or following the divorce process, of which I have a great deal of experience.
I recognise how difficult it can be to leave a relationship with dignity and I am committed to finding pragmatic and constructive solutions. I work with clients to achieve a fair outcome.
Whilst I embrace mediation and other non-adversarial solutions I am an experienced litigator.
I enjoy advocacy and frequently appear in the local family courts and at the Central Family Court in central London. During the 16 years that I have worked in family law I have represented a wide variety of clients from different backgrounds.
My Achievements
I am a member of Resolution (First for Family Law). I hold Resolution accreditation in ‘Complex lower income financial remedies’ and ‘Advocacy Financial Remedy proceedings’.
In 2016, I had a reported judgement. Migliaccio v Migliaccio [2016] EWHC 1055 (FAM): Decision of Mosytn J sitting in the High court in connection with a complex enforcement matter.
