Who am I?
After qualifying as a Solicitor in 1981 I became a Partner in a small south coast law firm in 1984 where I practiced for almost 30 years. When the Practice closed, I retired as a Solicitor before joining Rita Sen, initially as Practice Manager, before undertaking legal work once more. I am not on the roll of Solicitors having voluntarily removed my name following retirement.
What I do
- I now practice in the Private Client area of the Practice dealing with:
- Wills
- Estate Administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Court of Protection
My Achievements
I have practised in a wide range of areas in my career from acting for the successful Appellant in Accentuate Limited v Assigra Inc (a leading case on the interaction of EU and UK law) to appearing before Courts Martial and acting as Legal Advisor to the Round Table National Conference.
My hobbies and interests
Outside of work I enjoy music, reading and spending time with my family.
