Collaborative Law is a new and exciting approach to dispute resolution in Family Law Proceedings. Negotiations are conducted through round table meetings at which clients and lawyers are involved together in working towards an agreement to avoid the costs, both financial and emotional, of contested Court proceedings.

Collaborative Law is growing in popularity as it allows clients the option to set their own timescales and deal with their family separation in a way that suits them best and meets each family’s individual priorities.
