Residential Property Lawyer, Brighton

We are looking for an experienced property lawyer to join our residential team in our Brighton office.  We are a leading local firm with offices based in four locations in East and West Sussex and offer a supportive and friendly working environment.  Ideally with at least 2-4 years PQE you will be an ambitious, forward thinking, adaptable and confident lawyer with good attention to  detail, the ability to support the other members of the team and provide comprehensive advice to clients.  Hard working and enthusiastic, you will need to be able to run your own case load covering a variety of residential work.  Ideally a full time role, we are happy to consider alternative working options.

The residential team forms part of a larger property offering for the firm as a whole including commercial property and leasehold enfranchisement.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced solicitor accomplished in leasehold enfranchisement possessing a secure litigation background. Ideally you would have a proven track record in and confidence with, handling disputes including leasehold disputes. We would welcome someone who wishes to come in at Partner or Associate level. Commercial Property Lawyer, Worthing

We are seeking to recruit a talented commercial property lawyer to strengthen our existing team. Coole Bevis is offering you the opportunity to develop your career in a friendly, open and supportive culture. We invest in, and are keen to retain, our people. Recognised again in the 2022 Legal 500, the team has excellent client relationships and a strong local reputation.

You will be working alongside partners and, as a result, the role offers fantastic client & partner contact and development. We would like to hear from either a solicitor or legal executive with between 1 and 5 years’ PQE. You will have the relevant experience for the role, along with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative and organisation skills, and the ability to manage a significant caseload.  You will be based in our Worthing office, and flexible and remote working will be supported after you pass your probationary period.
