Every 2 years the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) require us to collate and provide our firm’s diversity data. The data received for this purpose is saved and collated anonymously and provided only to the SRA. These are the results of our survey.
This chart shows the split of roles within the firm. Members of staff who identified their role as ‘Other Fee Earner’, ‘Legal Executive/Cilex’ and ‘Licensed Conveyancer’ have been grouped together.

This chart shows the ethnic breakdown. ‘BAME’ are those individuals who identified as ‘Black/Black British’, ‘Asian/Asian British’, ‘Mixed/multiple ethnic groups’ or ‘Other ethnic group’.
This chart shows the distribution of sexual orientation. The category ‘LGBTQI’ (lesbian, gay bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex) includes those individuals who identify as ‘Bisexual’, ‘Gay man’, ‘Gay woman/lesbian’ or ‘Other’.
This chart shows those individuals whose day-to-day activities are limited because of a health problem or disability which has lasted, or is expected to last, at least 12 months.
This chart shows the split based on religion/faith. ‘Religion’ includes those individuals who identify as: ‘Buddhist’, ‘Christian’, ‘Hindu’, ‘Jewish’, ‘Muslim’, ‘Sikh’ or ‘Any other religion or belief’.
This chart shows the diversity of educational backgrounds
This chart shows the individuals who identify as being the primary carer for a child or for children under 18.
